
Stephen Abas is one of the greatest wrestlers in U.S. history. In high school, he won 3 California State Championships, as well as the Junior National Championship, with a 190-10 record. In college, he won 3 NCAA National Championships with a 144-4 record, going undefeated his last 2 seasons. He then competed in 3 World Freestyle Championships and was a Silver Medalist at the 2004 Olympics.
In 2005, Stephen was named to the NCAA 75th Anniversary Wrestling Team as one of the 15 greatest wrestlers in NCAA history, along with Cael Sanderson, Dan Gable, John Smith, Kurt Angle and 10 other Wrestling greats. Now, he coaches and trains at The Arena, while he prepares for a career in professional MMA.
